All prices quoted by Sakwa Canneries & Exports (Pvt) Ltd are in USD (or agreed currency) on FOB (Port of Colombo, Sri Lanka) or CIF basis. Formal quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from issuance unless otherwise specified.
All canned fish products conform strictly to SLS 591:2014 specifications and ISO 22000:2018 food safety management criteria. Each export container is accompanied by official Health Certificates issued by the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DFAR) and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Standard export packaging consists of 24 cans per corrugated export carton, shrink-wrapped and palletized according to ocean shipping specifications. Private label (OEM) artwork must be finalized and approved 20 days prior to scheduled production runs.
All agreements, commercial invoices, and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and commercial regulations of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
